BRDO – Better Regulation Delivery Office – is an independent think tank, a leading independent analytical center for regulatory policy, digitalization, and anti-corruption efforts, focusing on implementation. Currently, key initiatives revolve around addressing regulatory challenges caused by the war, and transparent and accountable reconstruction of Ukraine. BRDO is a key developer of DREAM – the state digital ecosystem that will provide a unified digital route for all reconstruction projects.
