Uninterrupted power supply of the well “Zarichna” in the village of Kyinka (partly implemented)
Kyinka community is one of the largest communities of Chernihiv district. The community suffered significant destruction during the offensive of the russian troops

Type object: critical infrastructure
Number of recipients: 3,000
Priority: 16
Location: Kyinka village of Kyinka community, Chernihiv Region
Residents are forced to use a centralized water supply, as the quality of surface groundwater within this community does not meet drinking standards.
Due to constant power outages, the pumps of the water tower do not have time to fill it with water while there is electricity. In this regard, the vast majority of consumers who use centralized water supply remain without water for a long time.
Solution:
1. Short-term: a diesel generator (50 kW);
2. Long-term: a new water tower and a hybrid solar power plant and replacement with less powerful pumps (accumulators for HSPP – UAH 2-2.5 million, solar panels — UAH 1 million).
A short-term solution was implemented with the support of UST and the Embassy of the Federative Republic of Germany in Ukraine, a 50 kW generator was delivered to the community.
