It will be useful to everyone who wants to know the amount of future compensation they can count on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making an online calculation is very simple, for this, you need to make a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>choose the type of destroyed real estate &#8211; an apartment or a private house.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>specify the main real estate parameters:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>for an apartment: <\/strong><\/td><td><strong>for the house:<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2022 location region;<br>\u2022 specific district\/city\/district in the city;<br>\u2022 area;<br>\u2022 construction period;<br>\u2022 a number of rooms.<\/td><td>\u2022 region or city of location;<br>\u2022 area.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Get acquainted with the calculation of the amount of compensation (it is possible to download the calculation in a separate file with more detailed information), where all the components of the formulas for calculating the amount of compensation are indicated. Compensation commissions will use such formulas in their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><strong><em>The calculation algorithm takes into account the normative condition that the amount of compensation is set at a level not lower than the cost of construction of housing of the corresponding area, calculated according to the index of mediated cost in the regions of Ukraine. If the amount of compensation received based on the parameters entered by the user is less than the mediated indicator, the calculator will automatically determine the correct amount of compensation, that is, the minimum amount of compensation that the victim can count on.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When developing this online calculator, the coefficients and indicators specified in the Procedure for providing compensation for destroyed real estate objects, as well as in the order of the Ministry of Reconstruction No. 408 of May 17, 2023, were used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: at the first stage of implementation of the &#8220;eRecovery&#8221; program, compensation will not be provided for destroyed housing located in temporarily occupied territories or in the war zone.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ustcoalition.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/speshylove-310-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1546 size-full\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;Get It Back&#8221; team, with the support of the Ukraine Support Team, launched an online compensation calculator for owners of housing destroyed during the war.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":454,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"activity":[],"post_region":[5,6],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.1 -
